Look No Further

Let me introduce you to MT-Postage.

We are a CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency.)  We do not require you to  pay setup fees as in most mail drop services.  We do not require you to pay a monthly or yearly fee.  We do not require that you maintain funds in an account because this is a pay as you go service.  Other services require you to keep money in an account to pay for your postage and/or miscellaneous services

What is a CMRA?  CMRA is an agency authorized by the US Postal Service to collect and forward mail for other people.  There are rules and regulations that we have to abide by.  One of the most important is your anonymity, which is our main concern.  The law forbids us to reveal your name, actual address or phone number to anyone except if required by law enforcement agencies during a formal inquiry.

For a small fee of $2.00 plus postage per unit you can use an address that is not your own.  A unit is equal to one first class envelope that will be forwarded to the same address with a maximum weight of three and one half (3½) ounces (see first-class letter dimensions below.)  When you are ready just send your mail to us along with our fee plus postage, we will forward it to the intended party.  There are additional fees for expected replies.

How does it work?

Start by sending a blank e-mail to request our mailing address by clicking on the address request button.

If you have not received a response in a short amount of time please check your junk mail from "MT-Postage Request."

Click the instruction request button to acquire the MT-Postage instruction sheet.  This is a PDF form.  You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the form.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader you may download it free copy by clicking on the adobe button

Fill in all applicable portions of the form.  You may type all your information on the PDF form no need to print it our first.  Please include a phone number and/or e-mail address.  This is required should we have any questions about your forwarding instructions or should there be a return to sender.

Proof read your instructions for each unit.  We will not be responsible for forwarding to a wrong address through no fault of our own.

Print your form.  Should you have more than two (2) units to be forwarded please click on the more instructions button to request the MT-Postage extension form.

Address an envelope with our mailing address or an envelope or package large enough to fit all units to be forwarded.

Address an envelope to your intended party.  DO NOT add your return address. (We can supply the forwarding envelope if you wish but private information would be best kept if you seal it yourself.)  If you want us to supply the forwarding envelope just enclose the proper postage for that unit.

IMPORTANT:  Should you have multiple units to be forwarded, please separate the units and number them according to the instruction number on the printed form/s.

Place the required postage on all applicable envelopes.  Calculate postage for each unit here.

Insert your forwarding documents into the envelope to be forwarded.

Place your document/s, printed form/s, fee/s, and postage for each unit into the envelope with our address.  If you have multiple units you may mail them all to us in one package.

When we receive your envelope/package and fees we will follow your numbered instructions taken from the form/s. To protect your anonymity we will place our return address only if you expect a reply otherwise it  will be left blank.

Your printed form/s will be kept for 60 days and/or until all replies have been completed.  After the 60 days or all expected replies completed your form will be shredded.

Forwarding Fees

The cost per unit of mail is $2.00 plus postage.  A unit is equal to one first class envelope that will be forwarded to the same address with a maximum weight of three and one half (3½) ounces, (see first-class letter dimensions below.)

If you are expecting a reply from any forwarded mail please include $2.00 per reply unit.

If payment is not included or if there is insufficient postage your forwarding unit will be held until payment is received.  We will contact you for further instructions.

Pay by cash or Money Order please.  We can not accept checks or credit cards for the following reasons.  If paid by check you would have to wait 2 weeks for the check to clear before your post could be forwarded.  The most important is that your anonymity would not be maintained because of a paper trail generated by check and credit cards.  If you are worried about sending cash through the mail then a Money Order would be the way to go.  Please note that we do not accept stamps as forwarding fees.
